BOMDILA MONASTERY: To have an essence of true spirituality, Bomdila Monastery is the right place to be. It is situated on the banks of the famous river Bharali and it belongs to Mahayana Buddhism. It was built in 1965 and is an architectural marvel.

KALACHAKRA GOMPA: It is a 500 year old monastery and is located near the Gelugpa School of Tibetan Buddhism.

URGUELLING MONASTERY: This Monastery was built in the 15th century by Urgen Sangpo and it is since that day that it is standing tall narrating the legacy of the incredible Buddhist culture.

DIRANG DZONG: The Dirang Dzong fort was constructed in the year 1831 and is worth every traveler’s visit.

TIPPI ORCHIDARIUM: It is this Orchidarium which grows about 500 different varieties of Orchids and thereby making it the place having widest range of Orchids in India.

By Air: The Dibrugarh Airport is the closest airport to Deomali.

By Road: The village is extremely well connected with all the major cities of the country, so you can opt for busses, private cars or taxis to reach Deomali. The most common junction for the bus is the Naharkatia and Margherita via Dirak.
